I joined Breathe Well to collaborate and engage with my community and like-minded people to reduce health inequities caused by the burden of tobacco.

Live Well Kosciusko

 Being a member of the Tobacco Free Coalition group is important because it allows me to build relationships and the opportunity to partner with others that are working toward similar goals - serving the entire community and making it a better place.

Combined Community Services

 I have been blessed to work with a team to impact lives in Kosciusko County.  This coalition has the same mission, to impact as many people as possible for healthy living in our community.  I was honored to be asked to work with this team as well to promote healthy living.  

Purdue Extension

I am a part of the coalition to promote good health by providing educational information that can positively impact the lives and livelihoods of individuals and the community 

 Ivy Tech Community College

I am part of the Breathe Well Coalition because I want to help employees and students at Ivy Tech Community College gain access to the information and tools they need to live healthier, smoke-free lives.

Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital

 Building a strong community is important to me. I love being a part of something where the common goal is to help others continuously improve their lives. I feel proud to a part of this great group. 

K21 Health Foundation

Being a part of something that can help the residents of our community live a healthier life is why I want to be a part of the coalition.

QSource

As a Quality Improvement Advisor and within our Federal Contract with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, QSource is responsible for collaborating and engaging with local community coalitions who are actively involved with deliverables like Smoking Cessation.

Combined Community Services 

 As a member of the Breathe Well Coalition I am able to connect the individuals that we serve at Combined Community Services with information and resources available to live a healthier lifestyle. 

Kosciusko Cares

I am in the Tobacco Coalition because Kosciusko Cares works on tobacco/vaping as part of their grant.  The partnership is a great collaboration as we can do more together.

 Being a part of a group of people that promote overall wellness is of great value to our shared community!  

K21 Health Foundation

Collaborating with others to combat preventable morbidities helps our communities to reach healthier long term outcomes.

Parkview Health 

As far as the reason I’m a part of the TC is that first and foremost public service and then from a healthcare standpoint, quitting smoking is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health, and well-being and we want to help you become smoke free!

  Jail Chemical Addiction Program (JCAP) 

 Being a member of the Breathe Well Coalition means educating and assisting others towards a healthier well-being. I am thankful for the relationships and collaboration with other community members to better Kosciusko County. 

Care Source

 Being a Member of the Breathe Well Coalition besides collaboration and Networking helps me educate and deliver resources to individuals for a Healthier, smoke-free life.

Fellowship Missions

Being a collaborative partner and member of the Breathe Well Coalition is a blessing. It’s an avenue to collaborate with others to educate and provide opportunities for the residents in our community to live a healthier life.
