Empowering youth to lead healthier lives through education, leadership opportunities, and community partnerships.

We help educate the community on cancer prevention and management through our wellness presentations and food demonstrations.

Increasing access to prevention screenings, early detection, and support services to help individuals and families reduce cancer risks.

Promoting tobacco-free communities through prevention education, cessation support, and partnerships that encourage healthier choices.

Supporting a healthier community through initiatives that address physical, social, financial, purpose, and community well-being,

As part of our dedication to fostering a vibrant and healthy community, Live Well Kosciusko partnered with local organizations to bring the Gallup Well-Being Index survey to the county in 2020. This survey offered valuable insights into the state of well-being across for Kosciusko County residents.
Based on the survey results, the Well-being Initiative was established to strengthen the overall well-being of Kosciusko County. Each area has a committee of community members dedicated to collaborating on a project designed to make Kosciusko a thriving place to live, work, and learn.
