Libraries with Heart is a health access program that allows patrons to check out blood pressure monitoring kits. Warsaw, Syracuse, and North Webster public libraries are just like a library book. By offering free access to monitoring tools, Libraries with Heart helps remove barriers to care, encourages early awareness, and supports residents in managing their health from home.
Each kit includes an easy-to-use blood pressure cuff and educational resources to help individuals understand their numbers and take steps toward heart health.

Ali is passionate about empowering individuals and communities with practical knowledge on how to nourish the body and live a healthier, more vibrant life. When she's not working, you can often find her on the slopes — snowboarding is one of her favorite ways to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
