Live Well Kosciusko proudly offers the nationally recognized BABY & ME – Tobacco Free Program™, supporting pregnant women and their families in quitting tobacco and staying tobacco-free after birth.
Requirements
Tobacco use during pregnancy increases the risk of complications like premature birth, low birth weight, and infant health issues. This program helps protect both mom and baby—while offering free support and real rewards.
What you get

- Earn $25 voucher each month you test tobacco free

Who Can Join
- Be less than 36 weeks gestation
- Be current tobacco or nicotine user or have quit in the within last 3 months
- Must be 18 years or older
- Live in Kosciusko County
