This team works to implement the Indiana Cancer Control Plan in Kosciusko County.
The cancer control plan addresses 4 main areas:

The Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital Cancer Care Center facility in Warsaw combines cancer treatment technology with oncology specialists to deliver care and support to cancer patients and their families.
From state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatment options to our unique palliative care team and survivorship program, our subspecialized physicians and distinctive care model offer comprehensive cancer care and compassionate, personalized attention.
Financially assists Kosciusko County residents who are in treatment for cancer with household expenses, medicine, medical equipment, transportation and food costs that they would otherwise not be able to afford due to the financial effects of cancer on their household. The Cancer Care Fund is administered through the K21 Health Foundation.

This programming is hosted by the YMCA to assist those who are living with, through, or beyond cancer to strengthen their spirit, mind and body. It is 100 percent free.
Free monthly events for cancer survivors, their families, and caregivers at any stage of their journey. Each session includes a catered lunch and cover a different topic.
