The Community Well-being Committee is one of five teams united in a county-wide effort to enhance health and quality of life across Kosciusko County. This team is specifically focused on promoting and supporting the well-being of our community.
Imagine a Kosciusko County where residents feel a deep sense of pride and are celebrated for their work in the community—what would that look like?
The Committee is establishing a community recognition program that will shine a light on individuals and businesses driving positive change in the county.
K-County First was created in partnership with Kosciusko Leadership Academy and the Community Well-being Committee to support the first responders that are working to make Kosciusko County a safe place to live, learn, work, play, and visit.
All Kosciusko County First Responders received a discount card in the beginning of the new year that can be used at participating locations.
The Recognition Program honors everyday individuals who are making a difference in Kosciusko County. Whether through small acts of kindness, community involvement, or dedication to their career, these local heroes inspire those around them to contribute to the well-being of our community.
