They offer blood pressure self-monitoring cuffs through the Libraries with Heart Program.

Libraries with Heart is a health access program that allows patrons to check out blood pressure monitoring kits from the Warsaw, Syracuse, and North Webster public libraries, just like a library book. Each kit includes an easy-to-use blood pressure cuff and educational resources to help individuals understand their numbers and take steps toward heart health.
By offering free access to monitoring tools, Libraries with Heart helps remove barriers to care, encourages early awareness, and supports residents in managing their health from home.

Ali is passionate about empowering individuals and communities with practical knowledge on how to nourish the body and live a healthier, more vibrant life. When she's not working, you can often find her on the slopes — snowboarding is one of her favorite ways to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
