Lisa Harman is the President & CEO of Live Well Kosciusko. Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a master’s degree in Public Health, and a certification from Harvard in Improving Your Business Through a Culture of Health.
Lisa spent 20 years working as a Human Resources Manager and Director including several years as the Corporate Benefits Manager of a fortune 500 orthopedics company. She enjoys combining business acumen and her knowledge of public health to improve the lives of the residents of Kosciusko County.
Tobacco Free Program Director
Heidi Blake is a lifetime resident of Warsaw. She received degrees in Labor Studies and Criminal Justice from IPFW. She has been with the Kosciusko County Tobacco Free Coalition for five years. Heidi has a long-term vision for all residents to be able to live, work, and play in a tobacco free Kosciusko County. This passion for change came after her father died at the age of 59. Heidi's work is focused on key areas like: smokefree air for all, educating youth on tobacco industry marketing, youth advocacy, healthcare provider partnerships, tobacco legislation, and prevention.
Heidi enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Dan, and their 14-year-old son, Cayman. They enjoy traveling to tropical destinations and adventuring as a family. Cayman has a goal of helping his generation to be the first tobacco free generation and focuses on tobacco free legislation at the local, state, and federal levels. Heidi is a member of several boards, committees, and coalitions in Kosciusko County and is a member of Warsaw Community Church.
Cancer Consortium Program Director
Kathy Gill is the Program Director for the Kosciusko Cancer Consortium. The Kosciusko Cancer Consortium is focused on implementing the Indiana Cancer Consortium goals of Prevention, Early Detection, Standardized Treatment and Survivorship.
Kathy holds a Bachelors of Science from Ohio State University in Human Ecology. She is the recipient of the 2019 Survivorship Award from the Indiana Cancer Consortium for her work in creating Celebrating Survivorship monthly education meetings at the Kosciusko Community YMCA. These meetings are in collaboration with the YMCA Livestrong Cancer Survivors Physical Fitness Program. Additionally, Kathy and her husband, Jeff, have been involved in the Winona Lake community for the past nineteen years.
