The Project: Coaching & Mentoring Program
The Goal: By the end of calendar year 2026, a majority of Kosciusko County adults surveyed, report that they are thriving when it comes to their life’s purpose. How did we help our citizens achieve greater career and purpose well-being?
The Career Purpose Committee has developed a county-wide mentoring program called Clock into Potential for individuals in the demographic groups that displayed the lowest survey results in the areas of career/purpose satisfaction and inspiration by a leader in their life.
This fall, community members will have the opportunity to attend a series of three workshops focused on personal and professional development. Participants will work one-on-one with a coach to set new goals and monitor program progress.
